Fedex delivering 2/22/22

Mine is scheduled for delivery on the 22nd but I'm hoping I get lucky and have it delivered on the 21st.

The only indication of a 2/22 deliver is FedEx Delivery Manager. Samsung still indicates 2/25 and no emails or texts from either Samsung or FedEx. I just want to see it move.

I sure hope. Yesterday on Samsung it was Feb 26; this morning (3:15AM) it is Feb 25; per Fedex Feb. 23.

Mine is still arriving Tuesday although I got an email before saying "Your Samsung order is delayed because of a later delivery date that was requested. No action is required from you at this time, we will deliver on the new date."

But the date on both the Samsung page AND Fedex have stayed the same. Odd.

I got the same, but I noticed my 45 watt charger moved up a day to be delivered with the phone

If' I'm correct ever since Samsung switched to Fedex they must attempt two deliveries before holding it at the hub. They must do two delivery attempts then held at the hub.

If this is true, it's annoying lol. In Fedex Delivery Manager I don't see the option to pick it up at a hub/Walgreens. So I'm guessing I'll have to figure out how to be there at delivery or wait for "failed" deliveries then pick it up? Anyone else able to schedule a pick-up instead of having it delivered to your home?

Nope. Tried FedEx manager and says can't modify due to "shipper restrictions".

That is a FedEx thing. I have had packages over the years from multiple companies use FedEx and when I wasn't home I'd call FedEx and they would tell me they have to make 2 attempts. Lol I'd tell them your wasting your time I'm not going to be home. People do work. I'd contact them after the 2nd attempt and pick it up myself.

If I remember it correctly and I have used the deliver to Walgreens can't only be requested once the package it at the local hub.

Yeah, they started this last year for S21. I called Fedex and was told Samsung did not allow Walgreens or to be held...I did get her to hold it though, just not thru app.

You can pick a delivery time if that helps. Last phone I got I scheduled it for 5-8pm. It costs $5.55 to do. That is available even though the drop at walgreens or fedex office isn't.

Geeeez!!! I would complain but the phone will be here in about 2 days. For the Pixel 6 Pro I waited over a month.

My last two phones were just placed on my porch by FEDEX. I was home but they did not knock or ring the bell, just placed it on porch and left.

Yeah, I saw that and it's probably what I'll do. Just stupid since I'll have to pay $11 to do both our phones even though they're delivered on the same day....and my work is like 5 minutes from the Fedex hub. Just another one of life's small annoyances I guess lol

Thanks for posting this. I was trying to recall how it was in the past and that is exactly right. Once the delivery is local, we can request it be sent to a local Fedex store or Walgreens!

FedEx wont let me change delivery options. So I'm guessing it must be signed for this time around. Maybe the Covid restrictions have been eased and drivers are again knocking on doors for signatures.

The delivery can only be changed by the sender. I tried that once. That's what I was told by FedEx.

I've never had a phone delivered through FedEx that I was able to change to pick up at a FedEx location or anywhere else.. it's set by the sender... As opposed to when I have sneakers coming I'm able to direct them to the FedEx location for pickup..

They wouldn't have a chance lol...I've chased the FedEx driver down in our parking lot to get my package quicker
