So on last week Weds. I filed a complaint with the BBB because Sprint has failed to deliver quality service in regards to their network. Here in the Houston area I cannot get over 60kbps speeds at anytime of the day. My desired resolution was to allow me to get out of my contract withouth an ETF or to allow me to upgrade to an LTE phone since LTE will be live in Houston on the 15th. Well I called the retention department on Thursday and the representative asked me to wait for the "Executive Department" to call me back to try to help me work on this issues. One thing to note from this is that its good to see that Sprint is trying to handle issues. So what do you guys think they will do and do you think I went too far? Mind you that i've spent hours on the phone and at the strore just to find out that theres nothing Sprint can do about speeds because of their growth in subscribers.
absolutely... Imo, you should have known sprint is undertaking a huge network upgrade. Heck if sprint can't cut it for you and your frustrated with them?
Simple just switch your cell provider . I am sure they will let you out of the contract if in fact your getting only 60kb speeds with no resolution So far? There are other options to choose from.
The other point you made... is you feel that Sprint owes you an upgrade to a 4g phone?
Sprint doesn't owe you nothing?
Like I said earlier.... You can
rid your self of slow data speeds by switching to Verizon or at&t or T mobile which ever gives you the best service? Simple go with that Company?
well you might say, Sprint offers unlimited data, cheaper price plans?
That's all irrelevant... If Sprint can't meet your needs?
pay more and get what you want.. Simple as that.
Sprint is not a and never will be a at&t or Verizon in terms of nation wide coverage.
But hopefully, after Network Vision is complete?
We will see a much improved network.
