Files=(Photos, Videos, Music, etc)to be restored in the exact organization (albums, categories,etc)?

My gallery pictures are organized in albums as well as my music & videos. How can I reset my phone to help with lagging, storage problems, glitches, etc. and when the phone backs up then restores these files they come back just as I had them organized? I have a Galaxy S5 through Verizon with Cloud as well as my Google account. I also don't want a bunch of duplicate photos, contacts, etc. Is there anyway to do this? I want to wipe my phone and SD card and start from scratch but also want my pictures (mainly) to be restored like I have them. Any help will GREATLY be appreciated! Thanks
