Finally decided to buy an HTC One, what case to get?

I opted for the Mophie Juice Pack, after all if you can't swap the battery and its designed to slow charge to maximize battery life why not have a spare battery all the time.

Okay, everyone who doesn't want to hide the beauty of this phone but still wants pretty good protection, I will once again post pictures of the absolute best case to use. And it was only $6-7 on eBay. It's gorgeous and complements rather than covers up. Flexible and grippy, crystal clear TPU.

I went with the white Speck Candyshell case and its awesome. Looks great on the device and offers good protection without much bulk at all.

Otterbox commuter seems the best way to go. With any phone for that matter...

Ehh it does, I have an Otterbox for my iTurd and while it protects it, even the slimmest cases by them to me are too bulky. I also think the plastic is cheap looking and makes phones so much heavier. Just my personal opinion.

This would actually be pretty nice in black...If i liked flip cases. Still looks nice though

I didn't love my Otterbox Defender on my old iPhone as it was fairly bulky and the rubber ended up tearing at its weak points. However, I bought an Otterbox Commuter for my HTC One and I like it. It does not add much bulk, I like the white/grey look, and I feel that my phone is very protected. I still feel bad that I don't have it out in its full, natural beauty...but I feel like I'm just asking for it to break as I drop phones too frequently and broke my iPhone twice from drops.

I agree, can't ever go wrong with an Otterbox. I'd say (to the op) go with the Defender since it's better protection but the Commuter looks decent enough.:D

I'd prefer to go naked because it's such a beautiful phone. I just can't do it though. So to keep it as sleek as possible I went with the Incipio Feather case. It feels good thanks to a nice soft touch coating. It pops off easily enough so when it's not in any danger I can enjoy the One as it was meant to be. I also picked up a Speck CandyShell for a little more protection when I know the risk is higher. :)

Try this ultraslim 0.3mm and nillkin frosted case :)
I love it on my htc one specially the nillkin, good grip. not fully protected though but I like slim cases better. I just don't want to hide the sexyness of this phone lol

I just received a Speck CandyShell case I ordered last week. Put it on the phone and while it looks like a great case in the sense of protection and looks, it is a monster in size. It almost doubles the thickness of the phone. I've had Speck cases before and liked them a lot. This one though is going back. Well made case but just too bulky.

I got a red/maroon/orange double dip case today that I would be open to selling cheap or trading for a thin case.
