I work in IT and I can tell you 90% of the time it's not the hardware it's the user. And this is just another case of that. Samsung would not release a product that would have a crap sensor. It works really well once you get it dialed in. If you can't get it to work then get rid of the phone for something that's easier for you to setup or use a different option than fingerprint.
I work in IT as well lol. Working in IT doesn't mean you are somehow a guru at all things. It still doesn't mean what you experience = fact for everyone. You literally just changed it in your previous post to "I believe" which is more correct then you telling someone you are "stating facts" when you are just basing your experience as if it should be a fact for all.
