I've tried all the recommended steps from Fitbit Support and no joy. I can't get to settings to do a complete wipe/reset because I'm stuck on the "download" screen and it won't scroll past it.

If anybody has some sekrit voodoo magic for the Sense I'd appreciate any hints/tips/tricks. Online chat with support at Fitbit is going to send me warranty replacement info.
