What is everyone using as a fitness tracker ?

Anything that specifically cooperates with Samsung Health?

I have the Gear Fit 2 that I received last year as a free promo. It's horrible. Treadmill states, as well as other online calculators, that I'm burning 170 calories in 1 mile of running while the Fit records 66 calories only.

I came from the Apple Watch which was pretty accurate. The Misfit Vapor comes out in the summer and looks pretty nice. The Fit but blaze isn't waterproof so I scratched that.

What has everyone used that has worked well?

My wife is using the gear s3 and it seems pretty accurate in regards to logging steps and calories burned. But it isn't exactly sporty:-)

I use endomondo and LOVE it. Here's a quick snapshot from part of a recent workout

My GF has the Fitbit Charge 2 and loves it. She's a counselor at a school and everyone there has a Fitbit Charge 2 too.

That's the one I see recommended most of the time. I'm hoping it works with SHealth. I thought I read somewhere it doesn't sync all data.

Try map my run and my fitness pal together. Awesome! I have a Garmin fitness tracker which works great with the Garmin connect app.

I have a Gear S2 and a FitBit Flex (for waterproofing tracking) Gear is more accurate and can do more. FitBit will transfer to Samsung Health via MyFitnessPal or an app Fit to Health.

I have the Gear Fit 2 and the Fitbit Charge 2. I like the GF2 because I could play music while running (w/o the phone) and I like Samsung health. However, Fitbit is more accurate especially when counting steps going up floors. GF 2 has a slight lag.

I love Garmins!! They have one for every kind if person.

I use the amazfit pace, has GPS, heart rate, and plays music. I got mine cheap no longer on sale.

So it seems like certain colors of the Fitbit Blaze are on sale. The blue and plum are $139 at Best Buy versus $199 for the black.

I picked up a blue version and will be testing it out over the next week.

I've done some preliminary tests by counting steps across a room and sometimes it's over and other times it's under. In the end I guess I shouldn't be getting too hung up because calories in is probably more important than an extra 100 steps. I do care about calories burned though.

Tomorrow I'm going to compare this to the treadmill and report back. I'll also be testing out the food tracking feature although, this can be done in other apps and synched over to Fitbit.

No GPS in the Blaze though. Am I using it now on the Gear Fit 2? No. But as I move up from the gym treadmill to outdoor running it would be nice to have.

Check out my fitness pal for maintaining and controlling calories. BEST calorie app hands down!

I'm using the Gear S3. Originally it wasn't registering good calories for the Treadmill but the last firmware fixed that. Now of course it doesn't register good calories running *sigh*. Beyond that I LOVE it. Once they get it fixed it plays really nice in the Samsung ecosystem

Gear S3 here as well and loving it. Tracks fitness well, also love it for notification triage and as trusted Bluetooth device.
