system file on reload of sammy after partition broke the chain

so you flashed CWM all , then flashed 2.9.2 from this thread and now you are stuck in bootloop?

try to flash my 2.9.2 with odin

OK Droid and anyone else who may run into this problem i had...
if you follow all of the instructions in some postings, >no nameing<
and you just cant seem to make all the files you were told to install work and you are in a repeatedly Re-Boot cycle i may have the answer for you...
it might even help with some other quirks in our phones.
namely I have noticed that they all do not respond the same when adding roms themes etc.
heres something i ran into. i read the post at the begining and finally decided oh what the heck, i'll jump in and make the changes myself.. welp i read to select partition when loading from stock up so i did so. and thats when everything went beserk.. my Phone when i selected "partition" in Odin, it blocked my system from running,, after a re-load of the system files all was well.... i hope this helps someone.. whos partition has broken..thx all

Okay, I'm broken.
I reflashed EB01_DXC.tar.md5 via odin.
I added the atlas v2.2 pit.
I checked repartition.

rebooted into blue cwm.
Now trying to reflash eb01 and it fails

ok Jampot do not let the blue screen of CWM spook you.. just think and see if you re-loaded the original system as in SCH I500 system file..

if not that probably is your problem.. crap i physically removed my SD Card and deleted anything there like extra roms, updates etc.. always came back to a reboot i worked it with/without battery in loaded with idin etc ,,but if you go the begining of DroidX's postings on whats needed .. its all laid out nice and sound..

yeo mine also qiut,, i had thoughts of drowning my phone..but knew that would not be the right thing to do.. just let everything set as is ,, and remember to hold the down button on the ph as you connect it to CPU,, hold that down button and the yellow triangle will come back onscreen .. then load the update as DRoidx has as first thing to do,,,,,
then he lays out in order the things that has to be loaded .. it took me about an hour ,,when last night i was bout 10 hrs and nothing worked,, they dont exactly say when to load the SCHI500 system file but after the update is added ,then the rom you want added. besure to add the system file.i should have done it first thing but worked it in before the 2.9.2 voodoo (my choice)

yea unplug it.. and start again no battery and right before you plug the usb cord in ,
holld the down button volumn control as you plug it up...

Plus I thought I wasn't supposed to unplug the phone when it's in download mode. This isn't going to make it worse?

Yes. Yellow rectangle. however, when I PDA'd the cwm recover file, the message box says setup connection and then froze.

ok heres the answer for both..i think,, lol,, jaampot start Odin first ansd load the eb01 tar and thenlet it do its thing,,, i dont like jamming many uploads changes etc as i am old school,, reboots are good<< just my opinion...
then or before you start Load the SCHI500 system file tar.md5 then load the EB011.. let it all come alive and then you can add the 292 as you chose to..

Well, I'm wondering if this will work because when I couldn't get out of blue cwm (continuously rebooted into blue cwm) I went into download mode and reflashed the eb01 tar file. That failed (boo, my first red fail flag) then I tried flashing the recovery cwm file and that's when it froze.
but it just unfroze and failed.

so should I just try again?

I do it the other way and it works for me, pull batt, hold down Vol down, plug in phone, start odin. If it isn't working reboot your PC, try a different USB port. Sometimes that helps
