I just flashed the newest CM 10, now I can't connect to verizons network. When I go to settings-Mobile networks the Network Mode is stuck on WCDMA and under network operators, it only lists At&t and T-mobile but im on verizon. Its driving me nuts. Any ideas?
I flashed slim bean which is 4.2.1 based and I have the same problem. Its a problem with 4.2.1 I read and CM10.1 users reporting the same thing. I went back to any of my backups, and the same thing. No matter what rom. I have the roaming triangle where it should say 4g. I was on the phone with verizon, and they are thinking I need a new sim card. I just jumped on here to find a stock image to try and go back to through odin. Maybe that will help, but Titanium, or a nandroid backup hasnt fixed my issue. Good luck
This stumped me for a while but the fix is easy and you don't have to reset. In CM10.1, go to Settings, Mobile Networks, CDMA subscription, change it to RUIM/SIM. Should connect after that.

This setting never showed up for some reason. It was really weird. I did end up fixing it. I installed Clean ROM 5.5, got that working, then did a clean install of CM 10.1 Its been working great ever since. Strange....
Im laughing now after full on panic mode over the weekend. Verizon did go through 3 sim cards and it still wouldnt activate. I relocked the bootloader, stock etc before going in to the store. They told me phone was doa and would have to be replaced. Lol! Went through unlocking, cm10.1 install and found that setting.....bam! right in, even with a previously unused sim card. Being its a work phone...... Right back to clean rom for the dependability. The only thing is that my binary counter is at 3.....oh well!
