Flashing Sense 3.0 Rom

I have never rooted my phone or flashed any ROMs before so i have no idea how to! I was planning on flashing this Sense 3.0 ROM [ROM][July 13]RCMix3D KINGDOM v2.0 Evolutionary Sense! THE ORIGINAL SENSE 3.0 DHD - xda-developers. Can someone please help me one rooting and walk me through how to do it the safest way? Also If you have any better ROMs can you tell them to me. Thanks for all of those who help me out and reply!!!!

How would you flash the android revolution HD ROM safely?

I used windows with ace hacks. If you follow the effen manual you will have no problems. I did mine with no assistance and had no issues.

This is from mike1986's directions in the ARHD post (on xda-developers).

How to flash: (Don't use ROM Manager! Flash ROM following the steps below
?Download ROM and place it on your SD card
?Download "Super Wipe" script & place it on your SD card (optionally if coming from earlier version of my ROM, obligatory if coming from stock or other custom ROM)
?Boot your phone in recovery mode (vol down + power)
?In main menu, select "install zip from sdcard"
?Select "choose zip from sdcard" and browse to the location of "Super Wipe" script
?Once again select "choose zip from sdcard" and browse to the location of Android Revolution ROM
?After flashing process is complete, reboot the device

The first reboot takes a while, so give it time. You may even have to reboot again, but once it settles in, it's a great ROM.
