Flashlight on the Note 7?

My first time here, so bare with me, please. Can someone please tell me where to find the flashlight icon on the Note 7? I haven't figure out how to turn it on. Thanks.

On my phone, it's in the expanded quick settings, not in the first row, so it may be different for them (or maybe you have just rearranged yours). On mine, which I haven't done any rearranging yet, it's in the second row of quick settings, 2nd from the right.

For the OP, it should be in the expanded quick settings. You can get to these either by swiping down with 2 fingers from the top, which should open the full quick settings panel or you can swipe down once to get the first row, and then swipe down again from the bottom of that first row to open up the full quick settings panel.

I found it in the expanded quick settings but it was at the bottom. once you find it in the expanded you can long hold it and move it where ever you want, I put it up in the upper right corner on my first row since I use it a lot.

On my lgg4 I could double press the volume button to turn it on. anything like that on the note 7? I may have installed an app for that but can't remember.

With the fps setup, just press and hold the home button

"fps" fingerprint scanner? I tried to press and hold the home button it just unlocks my screen. It actually worked better then pressing and hovering. I would press it but leave my finger over the sensor. if i press and hold it works quicker and more accurately. No flashlight tho

Do you have to run an app to get the flash light to work?

On my Droid Turbo you shake it hard a few times and the flash light goes on. Shake it again and the flash flight goes off. Very handy when working on things around the house.
