So I've been reading on here, as well as a couple of other forums, about people considering getting rid of the Inspire to get the Infuse. Do what you feel you must, guys. But have you actually gone to the Infuse forums to see what people are saying? It's not that great. Pixelization, poor battery, Samsung's track record, etc., etc. Just through some curious reading of my own, I came across another HTC that has just been "leaked" recently. The one in particular I'm referring to is the HTC Holiday.

Here's a link to check it out. Now, even this site states that this information is preliminary, but if you search around google you'll see a lot more of the same information. "Samsung, who?"

HTC Holiday specs - Phone Arena

Leaked ROM shows HTC Holiday is to have a 4.5" qHD display and dual-core Snapdragon CPU - Phone Arena

The bigger screen is what appeals to me.

Yeah, the bigger screen and higher resolution. But there are a ton of other features that caught my eye, too. Seems to be everything the infuse has as well as everything it doesn't. (HTC's build quality)

To further that, pocketnow has said it is rumored to be one of ATT's launch devices for their LTE network later this summer. Glad I got an upgrade available in December, as I bought my Inspire off contract for $400. Come December, hello Holiday during the holidays! lmao Even though I know Holiday is just the codename for the device, and will be called something else when it is officially announced.

Here's the link to one story about it on pocketnow.com. they say its gonna have 2 8 megapixel cameras.

HTC Holiday for AT&T Reveals Monster Specs

Here's the other story on pocketnow that also reveals more info on Holiday and first info on Lead.

HTC Holiday, Lead Tipped as AT&T 4G LTE Launch Devices

It's possible it will have 3D from dual 8 megapixel cameras, instead of the Evo 3D's dual 5 megapixel cameras. Either way its gonna be a monster phone that even woops the crap out of the Sensation or Evo 3D.

How big is the screen suppose to be on the "Holiday"?

All the other specs sound awesome. I am not really compelled about 3D though, or 3D pictures.

I have heard the Galaxy S 2 is suppose to come to AT&T also.

4.5" qHD 960 x 540

Most of the people on this particular forum seem to have bad blood with Samsung, so the GS2 is kind of a moot point.

Never jumping ship to any Samsung device. Not interested in Samsung, nor they low end smart phone. yeah, i said it. low end.

jump ship

Yeah, let em jump ship if they want to. But I think we can all agree that HTC is the best Android manufacturer, period. Samsung is a sorry excuse for a manufacturer, with bad business ethics. Their phones are nothing but cheap pieces of plastic, with a horrible UI, and equally horrible support of current devices. I last had a good Samsung in 06 & 07 with the t309 and t619. Yes, those were dumbphones on T-Mobile, but they are the best I've ever had from them. I've also use their m300, and most recently the a777 before I got my Inspire. Both of those phones are utter crap. My wife and I both had a777's and I had to have her put her SIM card in my old one cause her charging port wouldn't allow the charger to go all the way in and charge the phone. Now, my old phone has as much battery life as my Inspire. Which is to say, while I can get 8 hours doing a lot of different things, my old phone will last 8 hours just on stand by. I have liked HTC since I laid eyes on the Evo and Desire HD last year. IMHO, HTC is the ONLY manufacturer of quality smartphones. HTC's business practices are superior, and second to no one. Samsung, from a business perspective, crapped on too many people over the last year and a half. They are on my crap list, as well as countless other people's, for running a business that fails to listen to current customers and only wants to add new customers.

OK i need to put in my 2 cents because I have a Infuse and a lot of all posted crap everywhere is from lack of know how
Battery is fine
Screen is unmatchable......
the stock ROM is better than stock ROM in HTC
I did have 1 icon disapear and i had to install it again but only once
it has no indicator lite but i installed NOLED it works great

Okay the screen certainly is matchable and even beatable. Super amoled plus and 4.5 inches is amazing, but it certainly needs qHD resolution due to the large size of the screen. Text is much harder to read due to pixelation.

Not even worth 2 cents on this forum.
