Force Close on Speach recognition?

I'm not sure what the name of the program is, but lets say it's where you press the microphone icon and speak into it and it translates that into a text message.
Does yours freeze...and have to wait about 45 seconds or so to force close it?
Mine does this and it's very frustrating. Doesn't do it all of the time, but some. It'll say it's unable to open or something like that.

I had this problem too if I had the Swype keyboard active and pushed the microphone button on the Swype keyboard itself. If I brought up the "Speak" button by pressing the bottom left hard menu button, it worked fine. If I use the rgular keyboard and press the microphone button it also worked fine. Are you by chance using Swype? In my case, it must be a bug in Swype causing it.

Happens to me when I use Swype as well. It goes to open it and lags out, then I have to wait for a Force Close.
