FWIW: Aug. 15 rumored Froyo date ...

Take this how you will, but Leo Laporte on This Week in Google (they need a good Android person on that show, BTW), said we he got his Droid X, they told him Froyo on Aug. 15.

You know how I am about these sort of rumors, but there you go.

Btw Leo is the man. I miss Screensavers back in the hey days of TechTV anyone else miss that channel?

And the early days of G4, Electric Playground with Tommy Talarico and Victor Lucas. Those two guys were hilarious. If you want some good whole-hearted entertainment look-up clips from that show on youtube. If you were or still are an old school gamer you certainly will not be disappointed

I ain't gonna lie, I'm guilty of checking a few times since this rumor was floating around last night.

theres seems to be speculation that is photochopped. and if AC felt it worthy to post they would will. i dont seem to believe it since the quadrant scores are really low.

I don't believe any of the screenshots either but there are some pretty reliable people in the Android community saying that the rumor is indeed true that some have already gotten it (a select few).
