Actually it does come with flash (it did on the incredible) it was the beta flash of 10.1.
Then there was a link to the official flash ver.posted in the incredible forum

Then there was a link to the market for another update of flash , which is the current version out

Sorry guys the delay is my fault. Every time I root for a team they lose. Every time I buy a phone the updates are delayed. The Eris took like 5 months, and the Rays lost last night.

Some of my other battles that were decided AFTER I bought into the other side.....BetaMax, DiviX, HD DVD and I figured the poor New England Patriots would never win growing up in the 80s and cheering for them (at least that turned around so there might be a little hope)

I believe it will either come out before 3/31/11 or a memo will show up that says something like "staying on 2.1 for best compatibility and user experience".

It's tough to watch your team fall short every year. At least you don't have the Yankees in your division to look up at every year
