Camcorder isnt working when I tried it it rebooted my phone

If your camcorder doesn't work then theres some radio update thats supposed to be done but have no clue where to get it

I guess thats what was in the first OTA update leak that I didnt have installed first but the only one that I have seen in the forums has had warnings about it so I didnt think it was a good idea to install

install the radio update and let us know if that fixes the camera

Everything on XDA leads me to believe that the leaked OTA radio update is necessary before installing the froyo. The Camcorder is a big fail point w/o it.

Install lastest OTA with 100% working root 2.0 radio/720p video/hboot .79 - xda-developers

2.2 looks baddass, but I think we need to downgrade and install this update then reinstall 2.2

xda has updated this page with instructions on how to unroot to install the radio update

where do i put the file when it says "place it in the root of you SDCARD"

just drop it in the sd card folder. It doesn't need to be in a sub folder inside the sd card.

I'm just guessing but, I think they mean the root of your sd card.

I am now unrooted and when I try to intall the dinc ota zip it wont let me go into recovery

updating my radio now, wont be long

Murry; rename the Dinc ota.zip to update.zip. Remember to take the PB31IMG.zip off of your sd card.

Move the dincota.zip(should be renamed to update.zip) to the root of your sd card.
power down phone.
hold volume down and power button.
click volume down to recovery and click the power button.
now you hit volume up and power button.
select apply update.zip

I'm about to dive in, as well. Here's hoping we don't get screwed as far as the radio goes, cause if we do, potentially buh-bye future updates.

But who knows, maybe this is the final version and it will all go live tomorrow.
