G2 stock web browser

Hi guys,

I have a question related to the G2s stock web browser...

Does anyone know why I keep getting the prompt to sign into Google when I am on Google's home page (a yellow bar that appears at the top with two options; HIDE or SIGN IN)? I'd like the browser to remember that I am signed into Google. Chrome seems to do this fine, but the stock browser keeps giving me the prompt. I sign in fine, but when I quit the browser and open it again, out gives me the same prompt

I have disabled Chrome, as I would like to stick with the stock browser due to the added features it offers.

Don't know the answer, but would love to know what the "added features" are that you mention - I've always used Chrome.

Having a HOME button is reason enough for me to use the stock browser, as much as I like Chrome. Also, having CAPTURE PLUS available, which you cant do on Chrome is another reason. Finally, the ability to swipe up with two fingers to scroll to the top of the web page (and swipe down to get two the bottom) is another great feature.
