Not sure that this matters, but the latest security patch for the A10e from AT&T is Nov 1, 2020, released on Dec 2.
If you aren't seeing any updates being offered, you could be among the unfortunate group of AT&T customers who's accounts are screwed up with the phone's IMEI and the system doesn't see the phone to send updates. That may affect whether you also see the option for Wi-Fi Calling.

Lol ok , I don't think it will change anything but we can wait and see.I sent them the screenshot and pointed out the questionable entry. They are focused on the security patch for the moment. I'm happy that they've actually called me back, don't want to ask them to multi-task.
Oh wow, glad to hear that's greatWell, after a few more hours with the most competent and helpful support person yet, he checked and found that the phone was still under warranty with att. I found that odd, since we didn't get it from att, but whatever. A replacement is on the way and this one is going back.
