Not sure that this matters, but the latest security patch for the A10e from AT&T is Nov 1, 2020, released on Dec 2.

If you aren't seeing any updates being offered, you could be among the unfortunate group of AT&T customers who's accounts are screwed up with the phone's IMEI and the system doesn't see the phone to send updates. That may affect whether you also see the option for Wi-Fi Calling.

Just spit-balling of course.

Just checked by wife's phone, which has functioning Wifi calling, ATT/ATT/ATT.
Thanks so much, I'll get this working yet.

Thanks, this gives me something else to check with them. I find it helpful to feed them suggestions when they run out of ideas.

Anything with trying a new sim again?

I sent them the screenshot and pointed out the questionable entry. They are focused on the security patch for the moment. I'm happy that they've actually called me back, don't want to ask them to multi-task.

Well, after a few more hours with the most competent and helpful support person yet, he checked and found that the phone was still under warranty with att. I found that odd, since we didn't get it from att, but whatever. A replacement is on the way and this one is going back.

Thanks for all your help
