I picked up my preordered S10+ today at BestBuy and immediately applied for galaxy buds promotion and got approved in about an hour. They definitely have not run out yet.

Picked up my S10+ unlocked model from best buy and submitted the claim. Asked for receipt and I uploaded the preorder receipt. Hopeful review process is quick and mine approves fast and I get a concrete shipping date.

Yeah the store had given the order reservation print out showing the order number, name, model, order date etc.

I submitted my request yesterday at about 5pm EST and it still isn't approved. I'm not overly concerned, it does say it can take a while.
The past couple Samsung preorder gifts I did were approved in under an hour, though everything about this launch had been pretty crazy lol.

Mine took a couple hours to get approved. Mine are due to arrive 4/1, as others have noted.

Submitted the claim 11 am Pacific time on 8th, got email acknowledgement of the claim yesterday night. Still shows review in process as of now. Hopefully gets approved in the next day or so.
