Galaxy buds gift SOLD OUT

The Samsung buds are much more comfortable than my Jabra Elite 65t. The pairing with the phone is seamless.

However, they sound terrible. There is no bass with these. It makes everything sound off. I am not talking about bass heavy music either, it could be George Staits' or Eric Clapton's voice, it just doesn't sound right.

Did you try the sounds settings? Dolby or EQ settings?

Yes, I tried adjusting the settings, not much help.

I really don't want to make too many changes because the music sounds good on my other bluetooth devices.

Doesn't make sense when lots of other people are getting approved immediately and some aren't. If they are waiting to approve everyone's claim until the return period is over then yes I agree. But that's not currently the case.

That's true. Then only other logical thing I can think of, it's Samsung. Lol

Shipping and approval are two different things

Anyway not a big deal but they could have been more transparent about some claims being approved immediately and some not, that's all.

I preordered my s10 on the 2nd and got the phone on the 8th. I registered for the promotion the same day and today I got a notification that I was approved and the buds will ship the week of April 8th. but the time I ordered, I thought they were out of buds?

My best guess is they were going to issue $130 certificates, but decided to probably just ramp up production is white buds instead and ship them out later.
I haven't actually seen nor heard of anyone getting the certificate yet instead of buds.

Those are suppose to be emailed around 15 days after we get the phone.

That's only for samsung.com orders. Every retailer have specific quota set aside I believe.

From experience, Samsung doesn't care about that. I have a ship date of by March 18th, and my return period doesn't end until March 27th.

Finally got approved for the unlocked S10+ model bought from best buy.

"Your Galaxy Buds will be shipped to the address provided approximately the week of April 15, 2019. We will notify you when your gift has shipped."
