Absurd. I hope you prevail.Finally spoke to somebody and they say they cannot process my promo because it was ordered on the 20th. Trying to talk to a Supervisor (on hold again).
After another 45 minutes, I talked to a rep who escalated the ticket to "the highest level they have." Apparently I cannot speak directly to them, but she did... where they denied my claim again. After escalating to a Manager, they're going to resubmit my claim again through an exception clause but at this point, so I guess I just wait for another round.
I started my process about 30 mins ago an shop samsung app. Uploaded an my pre-order email from Best buy and got a notification in about 15 mins that it had been approved and the galaxy buds would be shipped May 6th.

The pre order number & date are the most important things, to send
