Galaxy Earbuds have shipped!

I'm still waiting to see if mine got approved. I emailed them all the info they needed. I'm sure I will get a gift card for $130 and my husband wants my my Gear S3 so maybe I'll get the smaller galaxy watch and just buy black buds later on when they come back in stock. My husband got sent a $25 Promo code from Samsung and then a few days later he got another code so I can use those and get the galaxy watch and buds maybe.

After a few days I honestly feel they aren't any better or worse than airpods. The sound is ok. I feel the airpods may have longer range away from phone but I could be wrong. Overall they are fine and a nice freebie

Wife on the other hand hates them. Won't even open the box and says I should use hers as a backup or sell them lol

just paired my s10 with my watch and earbuds...

I've followed Samsung's directions on pairing wireless headphones with the watch, but when I scan for a device it keeps saying None Found. When the lid is open on the Buds, does that put them in pairing mode,?

My buds were denied twice through the shop app. After a couple of hours on the phone they finally approved me on 3/12/19 The only status I see on the app is denied but on the site I see the approval.

Will I ever see these? Here is what I see:

I'm in the exact same boat. Denied twice, then approved and just waiting. I chatted with Samsung on two different occasions recently, hoping to get status - both times were pretty much useless. With that, I am simply going to wait (since I really have no other option). At this point, I really don't know if they'll ever ship.

Can you explain more? How do you switch the buds between the S10 and Watch?

When you open up the case with the buds it puts them in pairing mode with the galaxy app. It has a download to install and upgrade the drivers for the buds.

Yes that puts them in pairing mode

you are lucky those of you that got denied twice but still got approved... i dont have the same luck... got denied twice and did a manual submission with the correct receipt on March 13... been calling everyday and they still havent approved my receipt and said they have a lot of manual submissions to go through...they also said they escalated my issue whatever that means... im a just call again tomorrow and keep doing that everyday until i get approved smh

This has been a horrible process. And dealing with Samsung customer service is just as bad. I hope it works out for you.

And I told them the Samsung Rep at BB said it's because my BB account wasn't the same email as my Samsung account. I am just expecting the $130 certificate but I want it and hope to hear from them soon.

Got a notification saying the shipped yesterday, then said it's arriving today but I doubt it. Was suppose to ship the 15 of April.

Scheduled delivery: Tuesday 4/02/2019 by end of day

Mine was supposed to ship the week of March 25th, then April 1st, then March 25th again, and now April 1st again. It still has not been shipped. I'm happy for those people getting theirs. I just wish I would get mine. I submitted it to Samsung (on the app), the day I received the phone, which was the day before they were released (March 7th?). Not sure what the hold up is.

I have used earbuds much time of different companies but I did not like the sound quality of these earbuds and another thing is that I did not like the shape of these earbuds in front of Galaxy S10 plus accesories, earbuds of this brand having awesome sound quality and another thing the shape of this earbuds is very comfortable for ears.

Just so you guys know.... I put in for mine on launch day at about 8 PM EST, mine came back as under review and were approved a few days later and I got a April 15th ship date then it changed a few times for the 8th and back to the 15th. Then Sunday I go notification from Samsung that they were shipping per FedEx with a Wednesday delivery, they didn't get picked up by FedEx (or released by Sammy) until yesterday and now have a Friday delivery date and are in the FedEx system.

My wife registered for hers 20 minutes after me on launch day, got an immediate approved, with an April 1st ship by date. Hers showed as shipping on Friday for Tuesday delivery but that was pushed back 1 day to today she said because of a FedEx shipping issue.

I'm on sprint and registered on 3/7, got approval a few minutes later, original ship date was the week of 3/25 then changed to 4/1 a couple days ago. I have a long trip coming up and wanted to try them out on that trip, hopefully I get them soon.

I hope so... just don't bet on the original delivery date. 2 out of 2 of mine are coming later. I guess technically mine came earlier and my wives came later than the initial expected date.
