I have been calling that number, but the rep is not able to cancel. He/she says I can try, puts me on hold and comes back and says "We're not able to cancel once the order is placed. You can refuse delivery or return the equipment."
Although today when I called, the rep connected me to some 'order verification department' where she confirmed whether I wished to cancel the order and then said I have put in a request to cancel and that it will be canceled. But when I check my order status page it still says 'BackOrdered'. How long did it take for your Order status page to get updated to show Canceled?

Can you post a few pictures of your Mocha Gray Galaxy Gear? Is it as dark as the online pictures depict it to be or is it a lighter shade of brown? I'd like to see how it looks IRL. Thanks.

Here is a picture of the Mocha Grey. I actually like it now that I have it. I was concerned at first, but very happy now. It is so stylish. I even had someone approach me out of the blue when I was at lunch today and say, "that's a nice looking watch. What make is that?"

It definitely gets noticed.

You can reply to texts using Svoice from the device. Not sure what you are looking to do with missed calls tho, the Gear can make and receive calls without you having to physically interact with your phone.

I am referring to the decline phone call with text feature on out phones. As far as texting, I know the screen is tiny, but I would like a way to respond to text in a silent environment.

I agree with greatness of galaxy gear. Do note the outdoor mode only stays active for short period of time when activated and then reverts back to normal. Also you cannot Really check your email from watch. You get an alert and have to open on phone to read. However you can read text messages.
Another thing to note. You cannot use a second party texting app to addeqautly synch with watch. You need to use factory texting Samsung app.

You can decline a call with the pre-selected text messages. I did this yesterday.

If you need to read emails on the watch you can setup the email app that comes with the Note and it will allow you to read at least a part of them. You can set it up for Gmail as well. It's not ideal but it does give you more info on the watch and I think it's a good indicator that it is technically possible and hopefully the Gmail app will get an update to allow the same thing.

I have not declined a call from the watch yet, I'll experiment and see if the text decline is an option. I have to also say, while I think the screen is awesome on the gear it would be next to impossible to type out a text on the thing and not sure why anyone would even want to try.

Yes. This feature does work. I have not figured out yet how to change the default messages, but the option is there.
