Galaxy gear wont charge is it completely dead?

I had two Samsung galaxy gear (SM-V 7000) and they are not charging nor starting. Instead it just heating up my device. I leaved it for almost 3 hours but nothing changed, only a noticeable temperature, It was slightly hot. What should I do? and what is the problem within my device?
