The store wouldn't honor the $100 off, but I called a CSR when i got home and she put it through for me...

Just got back from the store, myself. Same situation with me, the notation was made on my account, but the store couldn't (or wouldn't) do anything about it.
My guess, is that it was originally on my account last night, but Corporate probably went back through all of the accounts and deleted them for those not in the midwest that weren't really supposed to receive the discount. Bummer, would've been nice.
BUT, I do have the phone now! woo hoo!![]()
Bit confused on how LetsTalk works. If I go through the process like you're saying (and thanks for the tip btw) I HAVE to select a plan with minutes and features. The one currently on my account is not listed there, so I have to select something else. If I go through with this, will it actually change my plan and screw up any grandfathered features I currently have? All I want to do is upgrade a phone, not change my plan >< Is that possible?

I will keep calling back until I get someone that does. Persistence is key my friend.I tried complaining to 2 different people once last night and again this morning. You would think since I had 2 people earlier in the week say I qualify and one guy even noted it on my account they would give me something but they wouldn't budge. I paid 299.99![]()
