The spigen cases are $10 off on amazon right now. I have a neo hybrid on my S4 and love it but this time i'm getting a slim armor for the note 3.

I ordered 3 red Spigen cases for $1, and I got a shipping confirmation yesterday. I don't know why they would cancel your order and not cancel others.

I got the same exact email and thought the same thing, lol.

I canceled my entire order which I didn't want to do. First they said they would split my order (which is not something they do normally) so I was ok, sounds great. Then I see my order stuck in limbo for 4-5 days and nothing. Then I find out they never shipped it at all (partial shipment) BUT they billed me in FULL. Since they won't let you cancel just one item on an order so I had to either wait and have my entire order be late and arrive AFTER the GN3 arrives or lose my promo's for the screen protectors and Neo-Hybrid at $1 each. I am pretty irritated and while I did re-order the screen protectors and a the cheaper Bounce TPU case I decided to order iLoome Tempered Glass screen protectors and will be looking to purchase the Seidio Ledger case which frankly takes on the Slim Armor View they are non-committal on as it is.

The only reason I even got the cheaper case and screen protectors is because I need something on launch day but honestly they have lost me as a customer until they get their act together. Customer Service is not there.

I had my $1 red Spigen case order cancelled. They sent out an email citing a pricing error. Has this happened to anyone else?

I didn't get that email, but I had a bunch of things on my order and it doesn't matter I canceled it. If they are NOT honoring their pricing error, then I am done with them.

Spigen doesn't have many images on their site for the Neo-Hybrid but Amazon.com does and I notice one BIG problem. They didn't put a cutout for the speaker. I attached the image so how exactly do you miss the speaker port.

Hey raptor, I seen that same error 10 minds after I placed an order for a slate gray version. I dunno why, but I feel like they just can't mess up that badly. If they do, I'm sure emailing customer service will get a few screen shields and a new case. I'm just waiting for them to ship the thing... I ordered it like 3 minutes after their "deal" expired.

The best brand right now, I'd say spigen. They are gaining popularity and they are designing very nice cases.

I used to be an otterbox guy, but that ship has sailed I believe.

The switch was mostly due to being tired of otterbox devoting itself to the iPhone crowd. Specially regarding the note 2 line up. They 3 commuter choices and 3 defender choices. Not that I want a pink and green case but some options would have been nice. Plus anything besides the s4 and the iPhone get accomplished when they get the time so to speak.

Yup ... came early I actually found a holster that I didn't like that may work with this case It is just a little long
