Galaxy Note 3 lags less that 4??

So I have a galaxy note 4 and a galaxy note 3. Obviously everyone will think the note 4 performs better and it's faster, yeah that's true, but not on everything.

So when I use the youtube app on my note 4 the maximum quality that I can use is 720p, and everyone says that's something Google has to fix on the note 4 which might be fixed until lollipop. But since my Internet is ****ty when I use 720p on my note 4 the videos lag and I have to use lower to see the videos. But on my note 3 the maximum resolution on youtube is 1080p but when I use 1080p they don't lag on my note 3 at all.

And both have the same things added. So why?

That's not lag my friend, that is based on your Internet speed. Check your connection.

Yeah what you are experiencing is buffering due to weak Internet connection.
