Galaxy Note8 update brings Super Slow-Motion and AR Emoji

I'm in thailand.. Exynos model. Unlocked fully paid for.
No September update and no option for good lock.. Samsung update policy is pathetic.

The Sprint update may come as a separate update, or in next month's update. It is still new.

It may, but I got Verizon’s September security update and I don’t see either feature.

This dang update on Verizon came thru around 1:30 a.m. while I was at work. Screwed up my Samsung messaging app. I didn't get any texts for hours and was not aware until over 8 hours later when attempting to send a text. Restarted phone and still had to switch to Verizon's messages+ app, which I don't like. Hopefully it will sort itself out soon.

I was just wondering about that since I am on AT&T and we havent gotten our Sept update yet.

I am guessing the speculation that the Snapdragon variants do not support and will not get are true. :-\

No joy here either, on Verizon.

I got my Note 8 from Verizon, but recently switched to Cricket so I switched to the unlocked OS version (N950U1). Still don't have the September update either.

There was a story out there that ARemojis were coming with the September security update. I got the security update minutes ago on Verizon and I did not get AR emojis. 😢

I installed the September patch on my unlocked note 8 but don't see slow mo option. Am I missing something? please let me know.

The official AT&T update hasn't been pushed out so we'll see if that reddit post is real. I would be surprised if AT&T was the only carrier to push out the slow mo update on SnapDragon phones.

I am on Verizon with the September update and I just checked, I do have slow-mo.

I swiped right in camera and turned it on. It works great.

Verizon US, with Sept patch and nothing. I at least want to try them once so I can never use them again. Slo-Mo might be cool. It's hard to believe the hardware can't handle it. Is the other version really THAT much better?

I have Slo-Mo but I feel like it's the same one I've always had. What's the diff with Super Slo-mo?

Updated my unlocked Note 8 but no Ar emoji or super slow motion. Just seems to be the September update unfortunately.

Got the update along with the September security update on Vodacom (Vodafone South Africa) Exynos Note8 :D
