Galaxy S2 gets JB! WTH!

Troubling that even the Galaxy S2 is getting JB and we are still out cold...

No wonder HTC can't maintain customer loyalty...

I love the HTC brand.... Yet it is tough to stay if they just won't support...

I would if it wasn't for one feature that the HTC has that no other vendor does (inherently and very well, that is) and that is Call Block on a per contact basis. Unfortunately I have to use it more than I would like to, but it is essential when I need it and is typically only for an hour or two period so doing it on VZWs website is not a viable option. Third party tools do not do this well either. I still like HTC products, just not the support and development they give them... Is it a fair trade off, I dunno, but for now I am sticking with my Rez.

One must assume that the only thing keeping the Rezound out of the game is HTC's Sense.

But that was expected... the Strat 2 has only been out 4 months. Still get your point though.

IMHO if HTC wants to try and get back in the game with the DNA and the One they will have to do more than just a product. Software updates will go a long way to keeping customers especially when we see the Motorola and Samsung phones get updates and causing us to buy their phones.
