Galaxy s3 problems

Hey guys last night I was at a friends house listening to music when I wanted to hook my phone up threw the surround sound speakers.so we went in to the audio closet to find a numerous amount of recievers wires routers etc.so the first cord we see that looks like a headphone cord that's what we used.i hook it up to my galaxy go back into the living room to see if it is working and it wasnt. So I went back to the audio room and I pick my phone up and the screen is a pinkish redish color couldn't do anything with my phone had to take the battery out to turn it off and now it wont turn back on.tried hooking it back up to my wall charger and still nothing at all? can anyone help me please?

could be the wired jack had more current and cooked your device. take a meter to the wire and see what happens

thats what im thinking happened....Will Samsung find out and void the manufacturer warranty? my phone isn't even 2 months old......
