Galaxy S4: How to turn developer mode off

This worked! :) But not "Settings App", just in "Settings".

So, Settings > Apps > All > Settings > Clear Cache. Voila, developer mode is hidden. Didn't lose any accounts, apps, files, etc.

Re: How to turn developer mode off

I need help with this as well. I have searched everywhere but can't find a way to hide the developer options from settings.

The 2 ways you may hide/turn off the developer options on any android is 1 you can turn your phone off and do a factory reset by holding the power+volume up+homescreen button or you can go to settings>applications>settings>clear data

That's quite easy. Go to Settings>Applications>Application Manager. Select Settings app from the list of all the applications, and clear its data.

Open Settings on your device.
Go to Applications
Then swipe the screen from right to left till you see the list of ALL apps.
Find the Settings app and open it.
Now tap the Clear data button.
Now go back to Settings. Developer options should not be visible there any more.

Enjoy!

Thank you Myracle, this was simple, clear advice, back to normal now
