Not sure to be honest. My HTC One M8 came from Memphis, TN last week. However, I've had many phones in the past come from here in Texas.

Long time iphone user (had every version but the 5c, currently using a 5S) and had the S4 last launch but it's lagging made me switch back. I order mine 4/5 through the premier store and its on its way already. so surprised so many people pre-ordered so early and still hasnt shipped. first come first serve is a joke i guess.

I can tell you from my experience that they delay of shipping (delay compared to those of us who pre ordered a white S5 from ATT) is because you ordered the black S5 instead of the white. As I said earlier, yesterday, my pre order of my white S5 has shipped. I ordered it at an ATT store on 3-22. My little brother ordered his S5 on 4-3 and it was shipped yesterday as well. My older brother, however, ordered his black S5 on 3-22 with me. His phone is still "preparing to ship".

Based on that, I believe it has to do with the color you decided to get.

With that said, does anyone know if there a delay shipping the black Samsung Galaxy S5s with ATT?

Finally an update on my tracking number. Says it is at DFW Airport and scheduled to be delivered on Friday. I was really hoping I would get it sooner!

Wonder why so few folks with TMobile here on this pre-order status thread?

Not yet, ordered on 4/4/2014. Guy over the phone said I may not get the phone until the following week because the pre-order needed to be submitted by 3/31 for delivery on 4/11/2014. But I wouldn't be upset if it shipped out sooner. :-$

This is exactly how I feel. And in my order email it says that orders will be processed on a first come, first served basis. I ordered on 3/21 and still nada, but I was told that it WILL ship tomorrow, as all GS5 orders will ship tomorrow

@ SanDeggo: thanks! it is annoying to the max that TMobile's site went down from "Time = 0", i.e. at 3am EST when the site went live, supposedly, for pre-ordering. I set my alarm to go off at 2:59am and got up for this pre-ordering, and spent the next 55 minutes keep going through the iterations of trying to put my order in to no avail, only to find that it would time out or otherwise fail. Finally, at 3:55am, it went through, but alas, i had forgotten that ONE TIME to check the "Next Day Air" box.

Well, whatever, since TMobile's staff is telling us via TMo's own fora that regardless of method of shipping chosen, we'd all get ours on 4/11th. this really doesn't make sense as it would de facto penalize the folks who did indeed choose the Next Day Air option. Who really knows?

Then furthermore, their website's Order Status info is all uninformative at best, or misleading at worst. I posted this earlier today so I won't repost my gripe about that. Ugh.
