Galaxy S5 stuck in reboot after factory reset. Heeeeelpp!

[AC Question]

I have just performed a factory reset on my S5 which all seeded to happen OK and pretty quickly. It started to reboot and has been showing a pulsing samsung logo for about 15 mins. Is this normal or is it stuck in re-boot like others seem to have had happen? Thanks in advance
