Galaxy s6 unable to use WiFi or Bluetooth and playstore will not download/update apps. Please help.

Mobile data is working fine but WiFi will not turn on to show available WiFi connections, it is stuck on turning on but will eventually just turn off and the WiFi logo will not light up green to show its working. Same problem with Bluetooth connection. I have emptied the cache and restart/shutdown device many times to show no solution. Playstore will also not update apps or download even though in settings i allow download/update via mobile data connection. Please help.

The phone is still under warranty, isn't it? Bring it back.
