For anyone using the international version of this phone (SM-G935FD) have you had any issues with registering your IMEI in the US? I've had 2 of these devices and my local carrier, AT&T, says they've both come up in their system as J2's. I contacted Samsung and they initially said they could correct it but once they realized it was an international model they said they were unable to touch it. Supposedly the IMEI registering as a J2 is not allowing me to make video calls, Wi-Fi calls or get the correct software updates from AT&T. Has anyone else run into this issue and if so, have you been able to get it resolved?
