Galaxy Watch4 pre-ordered, anyone else?

Got mine yesterday! 44mm LTE version. I'm curious about battery life. It says up to 40 hours but wear app has it nowhere near that.

I wouldn't take that too seriously. My Galaxy Watch 3 says it has 2 hours of battery life left even when it's at 100%. It lasts much longer than that.

You're welcome������ I'm not sure about Sirius or Amazon music but I use YouTube music so hoping I can use it on the watch whenever it comes like October 1st now lol. I have Amazon prime etc just never tried the music part. While I do use my phone more playing music I do use my galaxy watch 3 at times when I don't want to tug my fold 2 around lol. That is another good question about seeing a animated gif one watch. I would like to know that too. You'll get your's before me so if you get time or remember update me on the music options and animated gif etc please? And yeah I will have to check that video of flossy watch faces. I still got to watch his what he calls his real review of the z fold 3. Plus gotta see his cat whiteshoes haha.

And yes I saw another video of the AR Emoji animated and waving as a watch face which is cool to me. I'll send myself a gif through messenger though and see how it comes out. I use Samsung Messages for texting cause it matches my theme and I don't know enough people where RCS matters. But is google messages better to use on the watch and can you use Samsung on phone and Gooole on watch?

Mines doing an update now I was having a problem where some apps said blocked on phone under wearables app to turn on notifications like FB for instance and their wasn't a toggle on and off switch but I figured it out. On my phone under apps I have certain apps blocked and had to toggle notifications on. Not sure why they got blocked.

Pre-Ordered mine. Managed to get the Watch 4 Classic (non-LTE) and Buds 2 for $227 (with Discounts and Trade-Ins).

Buds are getting here today and Watch on Sat.

I wasn't going to upgrade to this watch since I just got my Watch 3 last year, but Wear OS... I HAD TOO!

I know my husband didn't really care to upgrade he got his watch 3 for Christmas and I paid $200 after Gear S3 trade in and I paid about the same with the trade in now plus he gets the $50 in credit. I hope he likes it! He said he may as well have the latest and see what wear os is all about. I am setting mine up now. Hubby works 3rd shift he'll mess with his either before work or in the am when he gets home.

Well, due to FedEx Suckery (which they excel at), my watch and buds are delayed. For some reasons, they can NEVER keep the commitment that they state when a product ships. As of late, I have had over a dozen items shipped from various companies via FedEx and EVERY ONE that ships FedEx has NEVER made it on the date they promised on their tracking. My Buds were supposed to be here Wed and Watch on Sat, now, the Buds are expected to be here on Monday and the watch has a date for Sat, but since it has not left the origin facility after a couple days, I am going to bet money that it will be mid next week before I get the watch.

I CANNOT express how much I HATE (and I mean HATE HATE HATE) FedEx.

Today I got notification that my watch has shipped, although all it really means is that the label was created. Currently showing as Sunday delivery, but I'm skeptical on that date and expect Monday or Tuesday based on when they actually receive the package from Samsung.

I thought it was just me. Glad it isnt. I paid extra to get an item early, and turns out I get it the same day as I could go to Best Buy. I will not make this mistake again.

Ordering from Samsung would be fine if they used ANYONE ELSE other than FedEx.

The main reason I still put up with ordering from them, despite FedEx suckery, is because of the discounts, deals and ability to use my reward points for purchases which allowed me to get the Watch 4 Classic and Buds 2 for $227.

From looking at the unboxing vids, you just get the standard band(s) that normally come with them.

I'll tell you for sure when I get mine, but someone else can probably answer this faster.

Ordered the 23rd. The app has said delivery on the 31st this whole time. Today I got a shipping notification, and FedEx says it'll be here Sunday the 29th. Good news, since I got this for my girlfriend and Sunday is her birthday.

We'll see if it actually gets here that day, but at least it wasn't delayed or anything.

All right so brief update here. It's Friday (Aug. 27) night right now, and yesterday morning my GW4 arrived with the standard silicone sport band, despite that I ordered the hybrid leather. Just got two FedEx notifications for Samsung deliveries next Monday and Tuesday. Presumably one is the leather band, and the other is the trio charge I bought with my $50 credit (+$20 extra). Very weird since Samsung told my my entire order would ship together. Oh well, I got a free silicone band out of it I guess.

Well, a miracle happened. FedEx delivered my watch today (Monday), even though the original shipment notifications said Sat. Playing with it now and I have to admit, I like the AR Emoji watch face a lot, for now.
