Galaxy Watch4 pre-ordered, anyone else?

No you just need to ship it by then. Do you happen to have a walgreens by you? A lot of them do package drop offs for FedEx.

thanks for that. thought they had to receive it by the 9th. Also forgot about walgreens. My local walgrees does not do fedex but a couple of towns over does. worth the twenty minute drive. The watch is in the mail. Also found that General Dollar is supposed to but the store is so messy, they would most likely lose the package.

I don't know when you ordered but I ordered on the 13th and it arrives tomorrow so maybe yours will show up sooner as well

I ordered my 44mm black an hour or so after pre-orders opened up. I got pushed back to September 10th then October 9th..so I canceled and walked into Best Buy and bought one. What a **** show

Wow, I preordered mine about 3 days before release (Aug 24) and have had mine for over a week now (almost 2 weeks).

Samsung changed my estimated delivery date again on the green watch 4. Target says I can pick it up tomorrow so I think I'm going with target. And just let watch with Samsung ship whenever it ships lol. I'll use it for back up or might give it to a family member for Christmas. Lol. I might still cancel the Samsung order tomorrow. Not sure. I'll make up my mind when I get the watch from target.

Just odd that in this day and age that when a pre-order is placed it should have priority over orders placed after it. Seems simple enough.

Lol yeah I got my watch from target this morning. Loving the green. And of course it was too late to cancel by time I checked on my order with Samsung. Of course they finally ship on day I buy from somewhere else. Haha. Oh well I might take the target one back or give one away for Christmas.

I was ordering the green Samsung4 in green, 42mm, but at checkout they showed a ONE MONTH wait. I'll have changed my mind half a dozen times by then. The Fitbit makes more sense to me.

I was a little concerned about mine, because it was a grey import from Romania or somewhere lol, but it went through fine.

They have had mine for over a week now and still show pending receipt on the website, even though I received an email saying they received it on Sept 7 and will be evaluated in 3-7 business days. The last watch I sent on my GW3 was working when it left here, but they came it wouldn't come on when they got it and it's been broken every since. I used to trust them, but now I don't.

I pre-ordered, and Samsung moved my delivery date a number of times from early to late September and back again. I called 2 times when the date got pushed back and both times I was offered a discount to keep my order with them rather than go to my local Best Buy and pick it up. I have a number of discounts applied prior to the last two, so the final price kept me with Samsung.

The second time I called I made the point that it was a birthday gift (it was), the date for which had passed due to the delay. The rep was really sorry for that and she escalated my request for delivery, and it actually made a difference. Instead of potentially shipping at the end of the month, it was shipped within one business day. Should be here in the next day/two.

Overall, the pre-order process at Samsung has been a dumpster fire for many customers. I understand that the GW4 is an in-demand product, but they should have taken care of their loyal customers that shelled-out cash with a pre-order, before fulfilling orders with retailers, or even new customers that ordered well-after the announcement.

All that drama aside, I am really looking forward to getting it. I am coming from a Garmin that I've had for a few years now. Samsung seems to be mostly doing what they can. I can report that I got pretty good customer service considering the overall mess.
