I recently flashed this rom so far I like it except I cann't get gps to work. I always have to use gps fix before I use the maps.

Has anyone also noticed the same issue and knows the fix for it . I came from mywarm and never had any gos issues..

GPS works for me with the exception of one app, Cardio Trainer... I flashed the j update today but haven't tried it with Cardio Trainer yet. Will know better in about 12 hours...

Did you anything different , I also flashed in recovery ... Do I need to flash any update for gps to work.

GPS locks on, but Google navigation force closes. Any insight on how to fix?

After I removed and reinstalled maps it didn't crash anymore. I never had any GPS issues
with sense based roms but in these aosp roms GPS refuses to work.

FWIW, still having GPS issues with the Cardio Trainer app.. maps, foursquare and others all work fine...

I don't know how are your maps work mine keeps on
looking for location and comes back with location cannot
Be determined.

Mine is working, locks on to my location. Google maps navigation force closes. Telenav seems to work so far ie stock sprint navigation app.

What recovery are you using and what wipe options are you performing? I am using RA 2.3 recovery and use a custom wipe zip package that another user created. While the current version of RA has all the wipe options in it, I find it easier to wipe using a single zip file. Then I flash the ROM zip and it's all good from there. With the GB-EVO-Deck ROM I have not had a single issue with the GPS. This was amazing to me as I typically always have GPS issues with previous AOSP ROMs that I tried. My GPS has worked perfectly with the 1.2c and 1.2i ROMs. Looks like 1.2j was recently released but I'm not sure what changes are in there, so I haven't flashed up yet. I do know from the XDA thread for this ROM that lots of people that update their ROM by flashing the new ROM over the top of the old ROM (flash the new ROM without wiping everything) tend to have lots of issues.

From where did you downloaded telenav cannt seems to find it in the market

I flashed back to stock rooted and backed up the sprint nav. with titanum backup. Flashed back, restored it, it says a newer verison is available, I update it and it turns into telenav and not sprint navigation.
