gear 2 application challenge

The next version of Multi-Watch will have 9 (3x3) icons app icons available with a swipe up.

Not sure if we are talking about the same thing, but isn't it much easier to just press SVoice to open an app without multiple swipes? I just hate the idea of multiple swipes so I only have 2 screens with SVoice as my default home face.

The Multi-Watch app has the 3x3 icon grid live (*one is reserved for flashlight). I was the one on XDA that first suggested the swipe up shortcut panel to him, then after that was implemented, some more gentle pleading from me encouraged the release of the current iteration. I even asked him for a 4x4 grid for 16 total, but we'll see, heheh (I think for those who want it, the dpi of the screen can handle it. It is 90% perfect IMO - with just weather forecast and next appointment capability missing.

With the 9 icon shortcuts by swiping up, then 4 on either side of the main watchface - that gives you 17 shortcuts immediately accessible by swiping left/right/up. I would not use any other watchface now (unless someone came along and duplicated and extended functionality while making it easier to edit watchfaces).
