Gear S2 Sport strap adapter!!

here is one with a band and the adapters. I cant tell if the adapters are official or not...

At that price I really doubt the adapters are genuine Samsung, not to say they wouldn't be just as good but Samsung doesn't sell anything that cheap.

They are not official, you can tell by the way they connect to the watch. But I'll still take them!

Finally got mines today. My first impression after installing them, awesome! My second impression, "these are going to be a B to get out." They sit so firmly and flush with the watch that I feel like I'm going to (and I hate to say it) break my nail trying to get it out. I also have fairly large hands and there isn't much to grip on to get these out. Not that I would be taking them out anytime soon, but just something to keep in mind. Especially if you plan on purchasing non samsung adapters that might be a little more cheaply made. Here's a pic for fun.

Edit: one more thing to note now that I finally got the thing out. Unlike the original silicone band, the mechanism on the adapter is completely made of plastic and has 1 screw holding it vs the silicone which was metal and had two screws holding the band to it. Hopefully this doesn't affect durability.

I ordered it from Germany. I was surprised too. I rushed to install it that I didn't even notice until I took it off of the watch. There's also a slight amount of play/wiggle at the joint. I'm really worried about the longevity of these things.

Close up... Here u can see where it is already wearing. Especially that little nub that really holds it in.
Maybe this is why we haven't seen it in the US yet? It definitely needs some more thought/work.

Excellent pics, thanks. Yeah, it is not at all impressive, especially for the EU price. You may be correct as to why we haven't seen it here yet. I really like the watch but hate how the bands feel on my arm and was hoping these would be the answer. May have to reboot that thought...

How long it take for them to come in from when you ordered them? I ordered my on the 7th and got and email with the order info and one stating that they were shipped. No tracking or other info other than the shipping email said 5-7 days and use the tracking info I got from FedEX. FedEx Delivery Manager doesn't have any information. I sent them an email just now to see if they have any info on tracking.

By that time my package was is customs in NY. If u ordered from ebay, it looks like those are coming from China. I know those can take a few weeks..

Well I got a reply from the folks in Germany. Evidently the USPS had a good time with the shipment and couldn't figure out what to do with it so they sent it back to Germany. The kind folks in Germany has reshipped it. Lets see if it makes it here this time.

USPS is a mess. They screwed up my delivery as well. I guess I was lucky it didn't go back to Germany though! My delivery to NY went something like this...
Customs (NYC) - Kearny, NJ - Metro, NYC - Sioux Falls, SD - Ramona, SD - Sioux Falls, SD - and back to NY before finally being delivered.
