I had an instore Bestbuy preorder like some. Submitted the receipt that I was given and got rejected because of the date of 4/21. Resubmitted the receipt next to the preorder print out that they gave me that had a 3/30 date on there. Got approved the next day.

I submitted 4/22 and still waiting for approval. So strange.. Seems like most people have got approved way quicker and I.

I registered through the Samsung Pay app and it says review will take approximately two weeks!!??

It only asked for a copy of the receipt and not the IMEI or MAC address. It asked where I purchased the phone so I'm assuming this method isn't only for people who purchased through Samsung.

I got the same two week review message... has yours been approved/shipped yet?

I got an email last night with FedEx tracking number. Says the package will be here tomorrow the 27th!! Can't wait!!

Alright just got done with chat from Samsung.

I kept checking my status that I submitted on 4-22. On both app and website.
It was still under review as of right before I chatted samsung.

I asked about my status and she said it was approved and then magically when I checked it showed approved the 24th. So weird.

Chat only took about a 7 minute wait for me to get customer service.

I was in the predicament that my receipt showed purchase date of 4-22 but i pre-ordered 4-6.
I included my target pre-order e-mail on a 2 page PDF with receipt. And it worked first time.

So I would advise anyone stuck like me to contact them

If it shows accepted, then you will be getting it.
There is no rhyme or reason for when accepted and when shipped.

I'm starting to think it's the bundle orders that are not shipping. Samsung probably sold stuff they don't even have in stock.

One of the 2 Bundles I ordered shipped yesterday. Ironically it was the order that was approved a day after the first that shipped.

Keep in mind you are currently in Week 1 of their stated 6-8 week delivery timeframe
