Just spent another hour waiting for customer support. My claim had been rejected twice. Last time I spoke with them they said my documentation looked good (Verizon receipt and then contract agreement) and they would elevate to next tier and should expect an e-mail. When no e-mail after two days, I called again today. CS representative said e-mail was sent Monday. Checked e-mail and spam--no e-mail. He said he would request re-send and I gave him an alternative e-mail. I asked him what documentation I should send in response to the e-mail (if I ever get it) and he said the same as what I sent before. I told him that was ridiculous they already have it why can't they just correct their error. He had no response. I asked to speak to manager he said there were none available. I asked for e-mail address to file complaint and he gave me some bogus e-mail. This is the worst customer support I have ever dealt with and makes me question buying future Samsung products.
