For Verizon do you have to pay the monthly fee since it's 3g? Or can you use it without activating? I will sell mine if I can't use it unactivated

I've read many VR Cades where fedex didn't update but they delivered. My s2 is supposed to be delivered today but it hasn't gotten past the label yet

Just got an email from Samsung that my S2 has shipped along with a FedEx tracking number.

Yay, I got my email saying it shipped! I have the FedEx number and expected arrival is Friday the 8th. So excited!

ETA: Interestingly enough, the Samsung website still says
Submission Approved. Preparing for Shipment.
Shipping Date Estimate: 4/8/2016

But I got my email today saying it has been shipped. Check out the FedEx info, so hopefully many of you will get the email soon too.
