Get a free Gear S2 with the purchase of a Verizon S7/S7 Edge

Also decided to accept the $200 instead of the Gear S2. The watch (BT, not 3G) is on sale right now on samsung.com.
With our corporate perks and the sale you can get the S2 for 205 and the S2 Classic for 250. Also was able to convince VZW to chip in half the value of each watch as bill credit which will cover the out-of-pocket for the 2 watches.
I guess it all ended well (after 7659329535 call and 4293462974629944423421h on the phone ;-)).
Yea I ordered my watches (3) days ago that came with extra straps. They haven't shipped out my order yet and lo and behold it's now 50 bucks off. Tries calling Samsung to take out the straps and do the 50 dollars off but they won't do it. Disappointing company.

Dropping all this money on 3 phones and 3 watches and can't adjust an order that hasn't shipped out yet. Unbelievable.

I know that $150 dollar difference is going to make such a difference lol

Gah why do I support these guys? Might just sell my VR, watch, s7 and a few other Samsung things. Might check out other phones today.

I have only received the email that verified my submission. I have never received another email from them since (outside of my emails to them on why I'm not getting the emails). I submitted on 3/9 not sure when I was approved, but I've been sitting in an approval stage for over a month. Everytime I call, I get told I'm in fulfillment. I'm waiting for a gear s2...
 
I wish I could send you guys a recorded phone call I had with them the other day.

Worst experience ever. Anyway, yea they still have plenty of s2 to go around. Don't know why they have to make it difficult.
 
No more than five, they can't count beyond that :) All kidding aside, if your calling them try emailing them every few days. If your emailing, try calling every few days but do it early in the morning or you'll be waiting for the 157,000 callers ahead of you.

I submitted on 3/9 not sure when I was approved, but I've been sitting in an approval stage for over a month. Everytime I call, I get told I'm in fulfillment. I'm waiting for a gear s2...

THIS...THIS...THIS.....URGH..... My exact situation....I don't know what they mean by 'in fulfillment'. Can someone shed a light on this? i've been in fulfillment for over 7 weeks now.....

"To be eligible for the Gear S2 watch, you would have needed to purchase the device online or via Tell-Sales. At the moment, we have passed your receipt over to Verizon to confirm your eligibility and will have an update for you by the end of the week. We do want to apologize for the delay, but we will confirm your submission then."


Ridiculous...

You can just search for prizelogic, make a comment under any of their posts, and someone will send you a message.
 
After weeks of back an forth with VZW PL and Samsung im finally receiving my S2 watch tomorrow. Basically VZW was the ones to correct the issue for me since PL sent me the VR instead of the S2. VZW agent set it up where I could buy the s2 watch for same price as the VR since the VZW store could not accept the the exchange on the VR from the promotion. In the end I got the VR and s2 watch for s2 watch for $99 win-win for me. Probably sell the VR to offset the price of the watch but idk

I have numerous emails from them saying I'm approved though. Maybe I should try the Facebook thing too. Let me know if you have any luck!!! I've been waiting forever like everyone else and I'm just tired of it, but I'm not willing to take the VR and $200. If I wanted that I would have submitted for it!
 
Has anyone successfully got the S2 ordering via xfinity using location code E184001? If so what are your dates? It seems like no one did but maybe some were silent on this. I'd like to know for sure.
 
Amazingly, their facebook page is more responsive.....

I called verizon and they have no idea what PL is talking about.

I replied to PL what i'm hearing from verizon and within 10 mins, here's what they said - "To provide further information pertaining to this, the location code found on your receipt is the information we cross reference when confirming your eligibility for the Gear S2 watch offer. We reference the location code with eligible codes provided by the Verizon team that manages this promotion. Again we do want to apologize for the delay as we continue to investigate this, but want to confirm we will follow up with you directly when we receive the update."

PL told me i'll receive an update by the end of the week. Hopefully, between the verizon customer service that's looking into it and PL, i'll get a definite response this week......meh...doubtful...
