Apparently if you keep calling PrizeLogic is deletes you out of their call back queue so their "supervisors" never get around to calling you. At this point if anyone is serious about filing a class action suit, I'll join.
Just got off the phone with PrizeLogic. They are giving $200 samsung e-certificates to those of us who were victims of the bait and switch. I'm checking this code now to see if it works
Same here. But I was messaging them through Facebook. Trying to get all three of my lines reimbursed.
WOW Samsung/Prizelogic are ridiculous for this promotion and the lack of communication. After countless hours of calling prizelogic for any reasonable update on my Verizon submission for the Gear s2 has came to no prevail as I randomly received a Gear VR today with no update or tacking from PL. As other are stating this promotion has screwed quite a few people over with wrong products being sent out. What a load of crap
hate to make you call them but apparently they are giving out $200 ecert's for samsung if they switched the s2 for a vr on you!
Are they just giving you a code over the phone now if you call? Do they need a supervisor available to do it? I assume they aren't giving to everyone unless they ask for it? I might consider paying the difference and buying the bluetooth S2.
Called and the Rep claim to have a Manager call me within 24hrs to assist me with the issue and figure out whats going on. Called Samsung and they just transfer me back to PL. Now on the phone with Verizon to see about returning phone if this cant get handle. So ill see how this goes sooner or later

Just got confirmation on Fedex Manager that they finally got the package for a Friday delivery. Package weight is 0.9lbs, so when they said they're out of S2s, it's BS as mine just went through now.
GG, yestarday I email them to see how my "pending" submission going there. PL reply me saying that "It seems like your submission of Samsung Gear VR is missing some information." and gives me link to promo/VR which now doesn't even have any options other than check status.

I also just got off the phone with them and he told me that It will be the s2 watch and it will ship 4-6 weeks from 4-8-16... weird cause that email was sent to me 3-26-16.

forgot I had an account here but anyway....
I came home from work today and my S2 was sitting at my front door. I submitted my claim 03/09 and my status still shows as pending on the web as I type. I also never received an email with tracking number nor did the package show up in fedex delivery manager.
Hope everyone that's still waiting receives their's before the week is out.
