I agree. The DInc2 GB release should be viewed as a good sign.

What empty promises? When did Verizon say the Thunderbolt was getting gingerbread by now? Where did HTC do that?.

The only thing they have said is "this summer" and summer is less than half over. Give them time guys

From reading the GB thread in the Dinc2 forums, it doesn't sound like gettin 2.3 is much of an upgrade anyways atleast not anything visual, an I doubt it will mean all that much of a performance enhancement either.
