Glitch with new 4.3 Update

Recently my Samsung Galaxy s3 was updated to version 4.3 and now it has a weird glitch. It continues to tell me that PY check printing-top, final.htm, charmin 1940's cape cod, and 1.jpg download complete. I don't know why it says this but when I clear it it comes back later saying the same thing and clicking on it causes it to go to a webpage that doesn't exist or a file that doesn't exist. Do you know why this is happening?

This has been answered multiple times. Open the downloads app, and clear the download list for both Internet and Other downloads.
