Hi all, new to the Andriod world 2+ months, I just found an update for gmail and when I download I keep getting a force close in both gmail and the market. I was able to uninstall the update and all is good. I tried again and the same issue. I was wondering if anyone else ran into this issue?

I had an update for my Gmail this morning and haven't had any issues after updating. You may want to try clearing your cache and data in gmail before and after you try to update again. To do that hit menu>settings>applications>manage apps>all>find gmail and clear.

actually you wanna downgrade that app its happening to alot of 2.2.x phones only phones with 2.3.x willl not have that problem
