She can't do anything in regards to the shopping list anymore. She doesn't know what it is.

Haven't changed anything and the account is pointed to the proper gmail account.

Any help would be appreciated

Where are you looking for the list? It used to save to your Keep account and be visible in Google Keep. Google changed that functionality a few months ago and added a Shopping List buried within the Assistant / Home app, and that's where Shopping Lists are saved now. I like a lot of the new functionality Google introduces, but I don't understand this idea. It used to be easy & simple...add a new item to my Shopping List, open Keep and there it was. Now I have to dig through the Home app (or Assistant to try and find my voice activated shopping list). Strange implementation.

I've only been using Assistant for a little more than a week. Just got the S8. Assistant keeps it on a web page where I can hit it from anywhere. It's not like the Assistant is looking in the wrong spot, she doesn't know how to respond to "shopping list". I can find it on the web page, she acts like I'm saying "add milk to the 62b^%*&$$"
