I just got it by pressing the home button after posting my previous comment so its on the V20.

Nothing updated before it hit. I just long pressed the circle button and this popped up. It's definitely a server side switch.

When I switched to another Google account, the Assistant wasn't there, not even in the settings. When I switched to my main account, there it was.

Holly crap you're right! 2 out of the 3 accounts I have set up on my device have it available to use. Just not my main account. That parts Hella annoying..
